Zhangjiagang JiangLian Precision Machinery’s Aluminum Honeycomb Passes TÜV SÜD Comprehensive Tests, Meeting International Export Standards

In April 2026, aluminum honeycomb core materials manufactured by Zhangjiagang JiangLian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully passed a series of stringent tests conducted by the international authoritative institution TÜV SÜD. Covering three core indicators: flatwise compressive strength, longitudinal & transverse shear strength, and 720-hour salt spray corrosion resistance, all items achieved Pass results in one go, fully meeting high-end export quality requirements.

The tests were carried out by TÜV SÜD SW Rail Transportation Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. in accordance with international standards ASTM C365/C365M-22, ASTM C273/C273M-20, and AMS-C-7438A, covering aluminum honeycomb samples of 15.8mm and 50mm thickness. The test results are as follows:
